This is Jerry Temporary but every Temporary lowers the pitch one semitone, and every Secretary raises the pitch by 2 semitones. Also the part where the key changes (She can be a belly dancer, etc.) gets lowered by 2 semitones every measure. It starts to sound really nice at the end.
