I did not make this track, all credits go to Fumio Itoh and Tastsuyuki Maeda for their wonderful composition/arrangement Sonic render by yours truly though (Model by Knola_WT). This was found in the game files for Sonic Superstars, a higher fidelity version of the FM track used in the final game, as expected it's a tad bit rough at times as a result of being unused.
